Commissioner Moyich was appointed to serve as treatment court commissioner in May 2023. She presides over adult treatment court cases as well as the Family Treatment Court. 

Prior to her appointment, Moyich served as associate vice president, student affairs and title IX coordinator at Lindenwood University. In her role, she oversaw nine departments including residential life, student involvement and community standards, serving more than 6,000 students. Before higher education administration, Moyich served as an assistant circuit attorney in the St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office’s armed offender unit where she prosecuted homicides, assaults and robberies. Moyich previously worked in the office of the 21st Judicial Circuit clerk and as a public defender in the Clayton and St. Louis trial offices. She has extensive jury trial experience and experience training and directing new attorneys. 

Commissioner Moyich holds a bachelor's degree in criminology and criminal justice from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. She earned a juris doctor from the Columbia School of Law. She was born in Florissant and is married with two children.
