Jury Trial Guidelines - Division 18

For Division 18 only: Attorneys who have signed up for Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday motion dockets may appear in-person or virtually on Webex. However, for each case, the attorneys must coordinate in advance with opposing counsel to determine if they will appear in-person or virtually. The Court has no opinion. However, the Court wants to avoid situations where one party on a particular case appears virtually while the other party appears in-person.
