Schedule a motion hearing


Attorneys: To schedule or modify any matter, you must contact the division's clerk within two business days of scheduled hearing date. Before scheduling a hearing, attorneys must consult and confirm the availability of all other attorneys on the case. After scheduling a case, attorneys must electronically file a notice of hearing within 24 hours of signing up. Failure to comply with all instructions will result in the matter being removed from the docket without a hearing.
