The purpose of this feature is to promote public safety and welfare by providing you access to information about offenders or criminal defendants whose conditions of release restricts them from being in certain locations within our neighborhoods.  This information is consistent with the spirit and intent of the Missouri Sunshine Law (Chapter 610 RSMo).

The information in this database reflects records of offenders who have been found guilty or convicted of a crime and given probation in lieu of a prison sentence and criminal defendants whose bond conditions restrict them from being in certain locations within our neighborhoods.

Another feature allows you to obtain the name and phone number of a person’s probation officer; although this information will not be available for every person in our database.

The Missouri Department of Corrections’ web site lists only people who have been convicted of a crime.  Under Missouri law a conviction requires a finding of guilt and the imposition of a sentence. 

Some in our database have been convicted, and were placed on probation when the Court suspended the execution of their sentence, which is called an SES.  We also include others who have been found guilty and were put on probation, but were not sentenced.  In these cases the Court has suspended the imposition of a sentence, which is call an SIS.  At present, those individuals have not been convicted, and will not appear on the Missouri Department of Corrections’ web site. 

A violation of the stay away condition of probation or bond is also a city ordinance violation for which a person can be arrested and charged.  (See the Circuit Attorney’s web site for more information)
The office updates this information regularly to ensure that it is complete and accurate as possible.  However, information changes quickly. Therefore, the information on this site may not reflect every offender whose probation restricts their right to travel throughout the city.
